The Company (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, “our” or ‘AML Verifier’) is the legal entity OasisShield Ltd (registration number 01010504, Office A, RAK DAO Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), which provides the AML Verifier Service.
User — any natural or legal person using the AML Verifier Service under the terms of the Terms of Service.
Service — a set of software and technological solutions provided by the Company through the website and Telegram Mini App under the AML Verifier brand.
